Isaac Asimov
(1920–1992)

Isaac Asimov wrote about the wonders of robots, computers, and space travel long before they became a part of everyday life. Born in Russia and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Asimov wrote his first story at age 11. He is considered one of the foremost writers of science fiction. He is also considered one of the most prolific, as he authored nearly 500 books in his lifetime on a wide variety of subjects. Asimov was equally skilled in theories in a way that readers can understand.
