
Theodore H. White
(1915–1986)
Theodore H. White, born in Boston, Massachusetts, spent most of his life as a foreign correspondent and political writer. He is best known for his Pulitzer Prize-winning book, The Making of the President: 1960, a report on the 1960 presidential campaign. White's adaptation of this book as a television documentary won an Emmy award in 1964.
