Skill development needed for world citizenship, vocation, avocation, and continued formal education will be stressed.
Example: listening, note taking, research, making connections between a variety of facts and then demonstrating an ability to use them.

Skill development needed for life long learning will be stressed.
Example: research, critical thinking, organization, personal discipline and initiative, intellectual thoughtfulness, etc.
