Jeffrey Mark Pearlman

teacher photoJeffrey Mark Pearlman of Massachusetts has been an educator in the Revere Public Schools for over thirty years, teaching American history and government in the middle school. He received a B.A. degree in history and secondary education from Suffolk University. He has a M.A. degree in political science from Northeastern University and a second M.A. in American history from Salem State College, where he was elected a member of the Phi Alpha Theta History Honor Fraternity.

Twice selected for inclusion in Who's Who Among America's Teachers, Mr. Pearlman is a member of the Massachusetts Historical Society, The Revere Historical and Cultural Commission, and the Colonial Society of Massachusetts. He has developed a curriculum on the teaching of local history and has written an audio cassette of the history of Revere Beach. Currently an adjunct professor at Bunker Hill Community College, Mr. Pearlman also writes a bi-weekly column for the Revere Record newspaper.
