FAQ Question 19:

How can I create a file of local or state objectives that can be distributed to teachers in my school district?

Once you have created or edited local or state objectives for the Prentice Hall lessons in a course, you can make a Local Objectives file. This file is easily distributed to other users of Prentice Hall's Resource Pro. (For example, you can transfer the file on a zip disk or CD or through e-mail.) Making such a file is called Exporting Local Objectives.

When you export local objectives, all of the current content of the Local Objectives Editor will be placed in the file that is created.

Choose Export Local Objectives

Type your Local Objectives filename. Keep the .peo extension.

You may now transfer the Local Objectives file to other users, so that they can import the objectives into their copies of Resource Pro.
