- This is a 1995 conversation between FDA Commissioner David Kessler

discussion was broadcast on National Public Radio's "Talk
of the Nation."

- This in-depth look at tobacco regulation begins with John
Rolfe's introduction of tobacco in 1613 and continues through
the 1970s. The paper is part of the Schaffer Library of Drug
Policy.
