Discover Entomology

This University of Kentucky site describes some of the reasons to study insects--to help feed the world, to preserve biological diversity, and to prevent the spread of disease, among others. The site also explains the preparation required to embark on an entomological career.

 

American Board of Forensic Entomology

At this site you can learn about how forensic entomologists use their scientific knowledge of insects to help solve crimes. This is certainly one of the most unusual career sites on the Internet.
